When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Steel City Supply makes every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service. Click here to see the UPS delivery map from our location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we can ship anywhere in the world that FedEx, UPS, and USPS can deliver.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our shipping cut-off time for expedited orders is 2:00 pm ET. Most of our orders ship the same day they are ordered. Some orders may take an additional 2-3 business days because of part availability, and may take up to 3-4 business days in transit. Can I track my shipment?

There are many things Steel City does to keep you informed with your shipment:
     1) When first purchased, we send you an order confirmation email that looks something like this: ex.
     2) Once the parts ship, we will send you another email showing the carrier and tracking number: ex.

How much do you normally charge for shipping?

The price will vary. It depends on several factors: ship to location, delivery method, and product. For international shipments, import duties and taxes will apply and are the responsibility of the customer..

If I made a mistake in the ordering process can I change it?
