All shipping charges are Prepaid by Steel City Supply, and added to the customer’s invoice.
Shipping - Terms
All domestic shipments are shipped via FOB shipping point; and international shipments our shipped EX- WORKS. Any shipment may ship from one of our four warehouses in: Whittier, CA; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; Harrisburg, PA & Pittsburgh, PA.
Shipping – Hazardous Materials
Products shown with this symbol 
will not be shipped via air freight because of HazMat restrictions. Products considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging and handling, as well as additional charges for ground transport. Call 724-265-4640 for more information and specific charges.
Products shown with this symbol are considered by the U.S.
Department of Transportation to be hazardous material. The Hazardous Materials charge for package requiring shipping papers under Title 49 C.F.R. of section 117.200 is $17.00 for UPS ground shipments.
Shipping - Loss of Damage
Notify your local UPS or FedEx office immediately. All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Call our Sales staff at 724-265-4640 and we can assist you in filing your claim. Keep all damaged goods, containers, and packaging until you are advised to disposed of or return them. For Motor Freight, contact your carrier. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages and shortages must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of delivery. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for carrier to inspect.
