Return Policy
Pre-authorized returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please contact our Sales staff at 724-265-4640 for a Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of your invoice and packing slip along with any certification, instructions, etc. Failure to do so could result in a credit reduction. Any claims or discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please notify our Sales staff and we will gladly arrange to correct your order.
